EMDR is easy to use, quick and effective. It provides an exciting and powerful treatment of a wide range of presenting problems and patient issues. EMDR techniques are recommended by the World Health Organisation for treating psychological trauma, relationship breakdown, psychological pain, extreme anxiety and panic attacks, behavioural change and an entrenched psychological problems.
Addictive Behaviours and Psychological Pain
This course is designed to equip the therapist with new tools for working with psychological trauma and addictive illness. It is designed for therapists and healthcare professionals already using clinical hypnotherapy in the practice.

Course Structure
There are 3 parts which can be taken as stand-alone special interest courses, or submitted together with a 5,000-word essay for completion of the Advanced Diploma.
Each month, students are introduced to new topics, new methods and techniques, and advanced concepts to work with patients. Students will also benefit from working with a personal tutor, group practice sessions, and required clinical supervision during the course.
Once you have successfully completed the three of modules and have passed a written examination you will be awarded the Advanced Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy.
