This self-hypnosis workshop is designed to help you learn simple methods of self-care that could keep you safe. You will learn a little bit about the impact of stress, how to recognise the warning signs and what you can do to keep yourself and your family emotionally and mentally well.
1. Discover good and bad stress
2. Recognise the warning signs
3. Learn some simple strategies - that help you feel better
4. Improve sleep, confidence and emotional health
5. Reconnect with yourself and share with others during virtual practice sessions
This workshop is particularly useful for frontliners, parents and people who live alone.
